How long does my order take to ship?

If it's a ready made item I ship on Mondays & Thursdays at Canada Post. If it's a custom order, depending on size, can take up to 2 weeks to ship out. I maintain contact through out your order and will give you progress updates.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I only ship to Canada & the United States at the moment.

What is your return policy? 

No Refunds. All Sales are Final. I am happy to work out any issues at hand and will gladly repair a jewellery piece if it becomes damaged. I pack each item very carefully but understand things happen.
